Personal Training
The Club’s in-house personal trainer is available to create a wellness plan tailored to you.
Small Group Fitness Classes
Intimate group classes include spin, total body conditioning, body sculpt, HIIT, yoga, pilates, gentle fitness
Strength Training Equipment
The fitness centre is equipped with weight machines, free weights, bench press/squat racks, medicine balls, resistance bands, and kettle balls.
Cardio Theatre
Pick from a selection of cardio machines, including ellipticals, rowing machines, stationary bikes and reformers.
Fitness Studio
Our fitness studio hosts all classes and, as such, is outfitted with any and all class equipment you might require (including, but not limited to skipping ropes, foam rollers, yoga blocks, and more…
Squash
Squash has been played at the Club since 1913. Members are invited to reserve the squash court by contacting a member of the Front Desk team.
Table Tennis
Drop into the Club’s monthly ping-pong social to try your hand everyone’s favourite Olympic sport.
Golf
The Club’s indoor golf practice facility is available to all members and contains two (2) practice areas and a putting surface. Members also receive reciprocal privileges at a number of nearby golf and country clubs.
Amenities
In addition to the fitness centre itself, the Club offers a sports lounge with widescreen TV, lockers, towels, and laundry service.
Alix Kell
PERSONAL TRAINER & CLASS INSTRUCTOR
A former provincial artistic gymnast and professional dancer, Alix Kell has over 15 years of experience training and teaching clients of all ages.
Alix is ASFA certified and holds the Canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist certificate, the American Council of Exercise (ACE) certificate for Personal Training, Resistance Training Specialist (L1,2 and 3), and Crossfit (L1).
With movement at the core of her practice, Alix takes inspiration from gymnastics, dance, group exercise, strength training, CrossFit, and biomechanics to build custom training plans for members.

With 10 years as a firefighter and a lifelong dedication to health and wellness, Adam Kunder knows the value of fitness and caring for your mind and body.
Adam has experience in boxing, HIIT, reformer pilates, breathwork, meditation, and hot/cold practices, advocating for a holistic approach to fitness for longevity.
