Guest Suites

Guest suites are located on the third floor alongside a boutique business suite.

Each room is outfitted with high-speed internet (wired and wireless), air conditioning/heat controls, flat-screen TVs, clock radios, a telephone, a Nespresso machine, and a small refrigerator with complimentary water and coffee accompaniments. Express breakfast (limit two per room; delivered) is available to all guests from 7am to 9am.

Guests are welcome to make use of all building facilities, including the fitness centre, main lounge, and bar. Reservations for dining can be made with the front desk.

Service Dogs Welcome

The University Club of Toronto welcomes service dogs in accordance with applicable accessibility legislation.

We currently have one service dog friendly room. Check with our concierge team to confirm availability before finalizing your reservation.

Ensure your service dog is on leash when entering and exiting the building. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in rooms.

Note that our pet friendly policy has changed. Pets are no longer permitted; only trained service dogs assisting guests with disabilities may accompany their handler.

Rates are subject to 6% MAT and 13% HST.

Stays in excess of 10 days in any one month receive a discount of 10%.

Rates are subject to change and may increase during peak seasons. Please inquire with our concierge team to obtain the latest rates and confirm availability for your travel dates.

Reservations are permitted up to one year in advance (excluding those relative to weddings or corporate events).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be received by 3:00pm (EST) at least three days prior to the date of arrival. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be subject to a one-night charge. The same charge will apply to members or to guests who fail to arrive. Should you cancel your reservation, please be sure to obtain the cancellation number provided by Club personnel. For group bookings, no fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 60 days before the date of arrival. If cancelled or modified later, or in the case of no-shows, 90% of the reservation will be charged.
