RETIREMENT RECEPTION FOR CHEF PATRICK
Fellow Members:
Early last month, I told you that our Executive Chef, Patrick Desmoulins, has decided to retire after serving the Club for nearly 30 years. He has generously agreed to remain with us for a little longer than originally planned in order to ensure a seamless transition to his successor. His last day at the Club will be Friday, July 19th.
We owe Patrick a huge vote of thanks for his long and exemplary service to the Club and its members. Under his direction, the University Club has built a reputation for the excellence of its cuisine, both in terms of quality and presentation. I have always been proud to bring my friends and colleagues to the Club, confident that they would enjoy a meal that ranked with the City's best.
I invite you to join the Board and your fellow members at a reception on Tuesday, July 23rd at 4:00 PM to thank ChefPatrick for is loyal service to the Club and to wish him well as he begins his retirement.
